Hi there! I'm NOT a medical professional nor an expert in asbestos, but I did a fair amount of research before renovating my 1950s home. From what I read, it takes multiple exposures to asbestos, over prolonged periods of time to have any notable affect. Prolonged Asbestos exposure can cause respiratory problems (like years of exposure, or inhaling clouds of the stuff) but I wouldn't worry about what you've outlined. I don't see any risks from ingesting small amounts of the stuff (if it was even asbestos)

I would just get some fresh air and not worry about it. But again, do some research to settle your mind (there's plenty online)

This is not a long term exposure and only the constant exposure is harmful .One time exposure does not cause asbestos related issues.

Yes, you are over-worrying. The likelihood of that being asbestos is remote, and, even if it was, what you did posed no long-term health risk. The main risk to your health is the worrying without a rational basis. And just so you know: we all get exposure to traces of asbestos every day as there is a detectable "background level" of fibers floating around in the air, even in rural areas. If these exposures caused cancer, we'd all be dead.

It's important to have a healthy respect for materials you know that do contain asbestos, and not do things like shred asbestos insulation, but worrying about every little deposit of white powder is not reasonable, healthy, or necessary.
