I don't know but you may want to look at the "Flash" series from Arizona Tile. They have a "cobalt" color.

I did the same tile in my kitchen but not in a herringbone pattern. I got mine at the tile shop. I like it as depending upon lighting it goes from blue to grey and charcoal. It matches my black stainless fridge.

The original blue tile above is by Cegi Tile - Odanata 3x9 in Blue Streaks. I just finished a backsplash using the same tile. It has GREAT color variation!
