Countertop options

I'm midway through my kitchen rehab and I'm having a hard time making decisions. I want everything. Right now the cabinets are a definite because they are ready and paid for. But I have a few weeks to make a decision on the counter top. I already picked the vanilla speckle because it was the best thing I laid my eyes on at this particular store. But now I'm seeing more options online. I think I need to take another look. I don't want to kitchen to be boring but I'm also afraid of color. And now I'm also thinking what's better a drop in sink or an undermount. This is my first time doing a full rehab so it's a lot of decisions that I'm honestly not ready to make but time is not on my side. Help . Any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated. I already paid for the grey sterling cabinets with crown molding. These are the cabinets but not in my home. This is the current state of my kitchen. I also need floors and a back splash. I need everything smh HELP🙏 first 3 pictures are what I picked so far. The last 3 pictures are countertop options. Is dark better than the white I plan to get stainless steel appliances. Any of them would work, however I’d say no to the sparkle quartz, IMO it’s a better bathroom look than a kitchen look.

I like something like that first counter you showed with the cabinets, but not the backsplash. Use that same counter material for the backsplash. since you didnt show that one in voting, I chose another even tho’ I preferred that first one.

Since your beautiful cabinets are grey, I think you need the brightness of sime white in your countertop.

I know its overwhelming to make so many important decisions. You'll always get lots of opinions and advice here which can help or leave you more confused! Hang in there!

All the counters will work except the first one which I agree with one of the comments of better for a bathroom. As for sink under mount is better as you can just wipe things directly into the sick. Look at tile for backsplash. The more movement in the counter the more simple the backsplash and vis versa. Much easier and cheaper to change tile after a few years. Look at tile for backsplash and take lots pictures as to what you like. Note not picking anything yet just looking to see what style you like. When you look at them you will be able to see if you like plain or bold which might help you decide on the counter. Select you tile after the counter and cabinets are installed. Good luck

I like the last one the best. The veining adds a lot of interest, but still remains a neutral. All of your selected counters are nice. I love my undermounted sink. Easy to clean. I love quartz countertops too, no issues for me.
