Does anyone have any ideas? I typically clean it and spray compressed air to clean but thsts not working. Someone recommeneded that i do this:

Turn off fireplace and gas. Disassemble logs. Put rag behind, use carburetor cleaner on thermocouple and igniter. Spray compressed air down pilot gas tube, follow up with carburetor cleaner. Wipe everything dry, wait 45 minutes. Reassemble, then light up pilot. You should be good to go.

Anyone have experience doing this? thanks.
