This is so much room! You can easily have 3 ft. for the toilet, 5 1/2 ft. for the shower and 5 1/2 for the tub (under the window) on the 14 ft. window wall. And lots of room on the door wall for a linen cabinet, roomy double sinks and the door. And room to dance in between. A wider window would be a bonus.

Can the door be moved? If so, is it only on the South wall?

would a free standing tub 30x60 look ok on the wall to the right if the door?

i was thinking toiket room 30x60, with walk in shower app 48x66 and vanity on the door wall. im just not sure about the flow and if it will look good.

i originally wanted toilet room, walk in shower with tub in front, but i dont think i have the space. i will attach some pictures just incase you guys have different ideas. :

I think the layout of your inspiration picture could work. Ideally the tub should be centered with the wall but I think it is important that you have room to clean all around the tub and have a place to mount a towel bar close to the tub. Note that I doubled thickness of the wall to allow for the plumbing of the tub just like in your inspiration picture. The shower is not as wide as you wished though but it is longer.

I would add a window in the toilet room.
