Pool Replastering / Reno Estimates

What is a resonable cost to expect for getting a pool replastered, tiled, and coped with stonescapes mini pebbble french grey mini? Pool is 90LF and i'm getting numbers from $75-$90LF for stonescapes, $26LF for tile, and $44LF for coping. Almost 20k to redo plaster/tile/coping for a small 90LF pool seems insane.

Pool is currently just plaster. Is there anything beyond making sure they do a full complete chip out of all previous plaster that I need to make sure they do?

Obtain multiple estimates and compare. Some contractors may be performing a necessary task that the others are not listing. See their work and speak with their clients to see finished work. $20K sounds within the ball park.

Plaster need only be chipped out if it's de-laminating from the substrate. Otherwise, a bond coat is applied to the existing plaster and the new the material is applied. A proper prep and cleaning is required prior to this step.
