Could you be a bit more specific, what kind of help are you looking for.

Buy a counter depth stainless refrigerator
Put recessed can lights in the ceiling with white rims.
Paint the cabinets a glossy white.
Paint the ceiling and the soffit white.
Ikea has a 5 ft tall approx. $100 mirror. Place this at the end of the room vertically (just one idea)
Buy new pulls for the cabinet doors. Consider stainless or white
If it is in the budget, replace the back splash tiles with something new. Glass tiles in a favorite color which could be soft or contrasting and colorful..........Look at houzz.com for examples and ideas........
Also the floor can be replaced...(or not)........what is in the room adjacent? You can put wood in a kitchen and it works well. It is best to let the same material flow from the adjacent room into the kitchen if it is tile or wood.

Biggest problem is the big grey fridge that draws the eye right to it. Need to disguise it. You could paint the cabinets a grey shade that coordinates with beiges and browns in the tiles, countertop and floor. This will help blend the fridge into cabinets.
Then paint walls a lighter creamy colour to give it all a crisp look. Paint the ceiling to match the crown molding, it is too busy in this long narrow space.
Oh and move the wrought iron wall decoration to another part of your home. It is too wide for the wall space. Choose something narrower and taller - or an arrangement of objects in the same shape.

I agree that the counter-top needs a little de-clutter. The tan cabinets and tans walls are a bid much. You're already working with limited space, so you should implore methods that create the illusion of more space. Bring in some stainless steel items to bounce light around. Bring in only A FEW items, made of porcelain to bring light into the room. A vase with fresh water, green stems and white flowers won't hurt either. Update the cabinet handles to stainless steel. Repainting the wall to a much much lighter tan. The grey fridge IS indeed an ear-sore. It protrudes to far beyond the length of the cabinetry and the color doesn't help either. Unless you're willing to purchase a stainless steel fridge, you should look into methods to have it repaired. I'm not sure if that is even an option. But the most important thing is to brighten the room. There is a lot of TAN, and neutral colors and you need to brighten it a bit. Just my five cents.

Look into methods of having the fridge repainted**. White with a gloss finished. Nothing matte that won't reflect light well. You have enough of those items in your kitchen already.

Just an FYI - regarding previous comments on the grey fridge. This fridge has a stainless steel front and grey painted sides. Many very good quality stainless appliances have stainless front with grey or black sides.
I'm sorry if I caused confusion by calling the fridge grey in my earlier post. I was trying to point out the colour contrast between the fridge and the cabinets.
An alternative to not painting the cabinets would be to install a fridge panel between the cabinets and the fridge and paint it to match yourvpainted cabinets. Fridge panels are 24in deep, same as your base cabinets.

I was just about to suggest the same thing brendakusan, a fridge panel is a great idea.

Looking at the photo again. The fridge panel will be more complicated as you have a bulkhead and and above fridge cabinet. This may be more constuction than you are willing to undertake.
Given that, consider going back to my original suggestion of painting the cabinets a greyish tone that coordinates with the appliances and countertop.
