We have a drop ceiling in the home theater (basement).
Main reason to replace is we have issues with mice getting in from the outside.
Goal is to take down the ceiling, plug up any potential areas where critters can make their way in, and replace the ceiling with an open concept (exposed rafters), without sacrificing sound dampening as it is a home theater.
We thought of cork being an option
