Hi. I am building a new kitchen and want to have the bar sink dispenser chilled and sparking water.
I’d like to use the Zip HydroTap Arc faucet, but pair it with a Kegman or similar device that allows me to have the chilling and carbonation elements under the bar sink.
I have seen references to this in older posts about the Zip faucet, but was hoping for recent insights and more specific guidance.
Since a non-standard set up, I want to be sure I am going about this in the right way. I prefer to have the larger (and much less expensive) CO2 canisters for fewer refills and greater flexibility in controlling carbonation. I also don’t want to have to use a keg-style dispenser n my kitchen - or a keg-style refrigerator though.
Happy to hear about any and all experiences with this.
