Options other than the Ikea 21" base cabinet for Semihandmade/etc user

If you used Semihandmade or another company, did you find an alternative to the 21" Ikea base? It's a weird four-drawer behind a full front door. I don't know why Ikea can't make a normal 21" with regular drawers. I'm doing all base drawers and really really don't want two random full doors in the midst of the design and don't have room for a different sized cabinet.

semihandmade does 21" drawer fronts, if memory serves? You just put those on instead and mount the drawer glides in the forward holes instead. Easy peasy.
