Help with Paint Flashing

Help! We have a flashing issue on my brand new walls. The walls were sanded and the drywaller applied a very light orange peel (I know there is a lot of varying views on orange peel but the light looks great in our house). My painter did not prime the new texture before spaying two coats of paint on the walls. The walls are very flashed. Today they tried priming and adding another coat of paint (via a roller and brush) and the flashing - on some walls almost seems worst and on other walls, the problem went away and the paint looks great. I recognize the lack of primer by my painter is all water under the bridge. The big question, how do we fix the walls that are still flashing? The color is SW alabaster in egg shell. Do I change paint brands? Change sheen? More paint? More primer? Help!

Thanks to everyone.

PS - re-sanding is not an option at this point.
