Will there be one? or two? people sharing this bedroom? and sharing the small closet? What else do you need to store that won’t fit in the closet? Do you want a tv in the bedroom? Need room to exercise?

The home is currently being built at the moment

There will be 2 people in the room and 2 people sharing the small closet

No tv in the bedroom and no room to exercise will be needed in the bedroom, sorry not sure how to reply by tagging the person!

Dual sinks in the bath would be a plus.

Cut out pieces of heavy paper the scaled size of the furniture you want in the space and move it around on your same scale floor plan to determine layout and fit. To determine what you want in the space, close your eyes and think about your Ideal bedroom. Design YOUR bedroom.

No to the suggested dual sinks. One of them will have the backs of your knees hitting the tub. And what you really need is the storage that a single sink allows: two banks of drawers, and more counterspace.

Our previous home had a 17’ x 11’ bedroom which is similar. We managed to fit a king size, but when we upgraded to the larger size from Queen I bought a very low profile bed frame which made a big difference.
