Basement Bathroom Redesign

Hello,

We have a house with a terrible basement bathroom. Ready to gut it and start over, but because of an angled wall and current drain locations (tile over concrete floor), I am struggling with ideas to update the layout. It backs up to a foundational wall, and transitions from a 2x6 to 2x4 wall on the south wall because of stairs.

Would like to expand the shower, which can be pretty easily done by taking some space from the expanse next to the toilet, but would also like a full size cabinet/ sink vs the tiny 12" deep cabinet that is there now. (Bonus if we could get a double sink vanity in somewhere)

The space behind the door is wasted, but also not really sure what to do with it.

The room to the left is a theater, so taking out the angled wall either pushes the door into the space, or changes the approach from the stairs to walk straight into a door, vs welcoming you into the total room to the south.

Other suggestions for the layout?
