If you want this type of experience, then I suggest you consider a hot tub instead of a whirlpool tub. Better experience and probably cost neutral. I take out more whirlpool tubs and replace with walk in showers than I install fwiw.

Sorry. You will find them cut up in the dumpster. Pumps and heaters sold on Craigslist. Like one piece shower units, they are a pain to remove so we take them out in pieces. But check your local Craigslist or remodeling projects in the newer developments that have them and are getting them replaced with showers. Some cities have a free cycle program where you may find them.
