Cutting an Eucalyptus and replanting?

Greeting!

I was wondering if it's safe to cut an Eucalyptus tree at the height of the base of the trunk (separating the tree from the roots), and placing it again in a new spot on the soil. Basically moving it from point A to point B without the roots.
