Why would a builder force you to order a hanging mirror? You could have bought it and hung it at any time. It can't be repaired. Stuff happens sometimes. Accept the loss and move on.

It could be cobbled together if you get every last piece of it... but it won't look like it was unbroken once it's done. It's kind of hard to tell from the few pieces in the second pic, but I don't think the break looks like it could be worked into looking like purpouseful art with repair.

Chispa--let's just say it was a learning experience. They made me order everything in advance but I probably didn't need to order the mirrors. I guess also, I bought a lot so it was more convenient and cheaper to ship all together. But I lost a lot on the mirror. Live and learn.

Salvage? Maybe remove the mirror from the glass frame and put it in a different frame. Can't tell from the pic if that's possible or not. If you feel like fixing the glass, maybe use it for garden art.

I can’t really see where it’s broken, but you can have a glass shop cut off the broken area and reframe it as beesneeds suggested
