We want to renovate our upstairs, preferably without moving the bathroom but possibly making it large enough to fit a double vanity. I would also like to keep the three largest rooms, with the smallest room to the left of the bathroom being fair game to downsize or eliminate. Open to all ideas and suggestions. The red square is our stack that is not moveable.
