should I paint wood trim/

removing carpet and tile, and getting wood flooring. home has dark oak trim, doors and ktichen cabinets. should I paint the doors and trim? feels like theres going to be a lot of dark wood when project is done. Can I pain the wood trim cream and leave the wood doors and wood kitchen cabinets?

What collor is the flooring? I need pictures I don't like oak so for me another choice for floor and paint the oak but thats me. I do need to see the color of the floors next to the trim and are the kitchen cabinets the same as the trim?
