I downsized from a house to a condo - obviously, I haven't downsized my bulky furniture. I would like to get rid of either the loveseat (on the left) which is 5 feet or the sofa (in front of the windows) which is 7 feet and replace whichever one goes with a really great accent/lounging chair and also replace that small coffee table with an upholstered ottoman or something like that for additional seating. I love the rug, but because it's rather big for the space, I would also consider replacing it. Would love your suggestions....
