That is lovely bedroom furniture you have and the modern duvet seems to clash with the French inspired headboard. I think if you tied in your headboard color with your bedding (the beige tones) it would look more harmonious. This Clayton striped duvet cover (neutral from Pottery Barn) could be nice as it has tones of both grey and beige. I like the light grey pillow shams as well as it looks more modern than matching ones and the simple ivory shag rug brightens things up as well. The grey chair could go in the corner to the left of your dresser and remove the hutch/desk as having two heavy case goods next to each other feels a little crowded. Plus, it doesn't match your other pieces and the chair cannot be comfortably used in a doorway.
