Tongue and groove pecky cypress wall paneling

I am installing some reclaimed tongue and groove pecky cypress wall planks in my den. I know from a structural standpoint that I can nail the panels directly to the studs. The problem that I have is that some of the pecky panels have holes that run completely through the boards and I don't want to have insulation peeking through and potentially a source for dust, dirt, bugs, etc. I am looking some type of paper roll that I can attach to my studs that can go behind the pecky cypress and not cause a vaper barrier inside the wall. What should I use behind the panels?
