My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Pendant lights or not? I always assumed we’d put pendant lights over our island but I’ve seen a few pictures without and kind of like the clean look without them. Pros? Cons? Do you need the pendants for task lighting or just design?
