Hi all,

I just wanted some help to update my master bath, mostly cosmetically. I want to keep the budget under $500 or so, with a little flexibility. I was hoping for ideas on a new vanity/lights/paint/shower curtains/ decor, as i dont plan on living here for more than 2 years.

I dont want to rip out the tile / shower or anything, just want the bathroom to look a little more contemporary.

I am very handy and can cover all the labor myself, including new plumbing / electrical, so please keep the labor costs out of the 'estimate'. It just feels very dated to me.
