i think you need to harvest the seed and grow the bulb for a few years.. until its the size of one you might see in a store.. before you worry about forcing it to bloom at a certain time ...

ps: if a bulbet is attached to momma.. one might suspect the babe would be on the same cycle as the bulb its attached to .. and wouldnt that mean it would go into dormancy when momma did??? ... or are you asking if you can cut the entire dormancy period to speed maturation ??? .. or in the alternative.. if you dig up momma in dormancy.. to harvest the bulbets ... wouldnt they also be in dormancy .... though i guess you are asking if you could at that moment.. trigger growth .. to skip the rest of the dormancy period ... the more i think of this.. and the more coffee i sip.. the only thing i can get to.. is that all of a sudden i want italian for dinner tonight ...
