Maybe you can search Houzz for Honey Spice cabinet photos and see what other people have paired them with? I'm no decorator, but since the cabinets are a warm tone, probably a warm tone countertop would be best.

Bianco Canvas looks the most harmonious to go with the cabinets for me.

I like the Bianco Canvas. The wood of the cabinets has interesting grain and I think the speckled samples would compete and be too busy and the marbled sample is not in the same style.

How has it stood up to wear? Is it a true gold? Where did you order it?

I wouldnt say 'true gold' but its a nice light brown almost with a depth to it. Its a really beautiful counter, we get compliments all the time on it. Order a sample and see how it looks with your lighting. Stood up well so far, 2 years in. Barkeepers friend is magic for stains. I still need to apply a sealer to the counter that will help with stubborn stains like red wine.
