Entryway design

Working on designing the entryway of our home. The designer im working with sent a couple options (attached). i like the overall look of the design with the gray table, but the rest of the furniture in our house is traditional/transitional and a darker brown. Would it be worth trying to get the gray PB table (Alexandra demilune) restained, or would the elements from that design (with exception of rug)

work with the other table (which also might be an off color but will have to see in person)?

I really like the gray table! It is a nice break from all the other brown wood.

So it wouldnt be weird to have gray in the entry and brown everywhere else?

included some more photos of nearby rooms (pardon the boxes)- rugs likely being changed out. The living room is off the entry and opens into dining room.

Nope! I don't think it looks weird. But if I were you I might try incorporating more gray finishes throughout. Maybe bring in some more gray in a new living room rug and baskets or something like that.

Entry is coming together, quite differently than the original plan! 2 questions- 1) would you lose the upholstered chair and replace with maybe a windsor? and 2) the green cabinet arrived damaged and im trying to decide whether to replace it or put something diffrrent there. Would love opinions/suggestions!
