How to Wire a Sconce

We have a 6.5'x8' indentation in our dining room where I'll be putting our sideboard, a piece of art, and 2 sconces. Well, I made a mistake in our electrical plans, and the locations I specified the 2 outlets for our sconces are set too far from the cut out walls. I put 18" and now realize that I really want them at 9" max. Unfortunately they are both set on the INSIDE of the studs at 18", so the outlets I wanted to use to wire these sconces are now on the wrong side of the stud.

Sconce #1 has an outlet in the next room in the approximate location I would need it for the sconce. Sconce #2 has no outlets behind it in the next room.

Here are my questions:

1. Can I fish wire from the outlet in the adjacent room for sconce #1?

2. Is there any way to wire sconce #2 without totally ripping up my drywall?

Thanks!
