I wonder how her hosta have done. I emailed with her a couple of years ago. I'd love to see her back.

There have been so many delightful people over the years and she was one of the ones who added lots of delights.

I sure do remember her. She was down in Mobile, I think, and had some rather spectacular potted arrangements in her yard. That takes a LOT of work and when life events occur, something has to give. Hope to hear that she is doing well now.

I remember her well. I had often wondered where she went. Another Southern grower.

She loved the fragrants which grew better for her down south. It was great to compare her notes on them.

Moccasin_Landing (Barb) wrote beautiful posts and bought multiples of each hosta so she could compare them in different environments. She inspired me to bring hostas to my daughter in New Orleans, because Mobile has similar climate. I visited her and saw her beautiful garden on one of my trips. I wish her well.

Yes I hope she doesn't mind me saying that her husband passed on and she was having a hard time of it. I am hoping she calls in from time to time too. She is missed for sure

The husband was one of her best stories.

I wish her all the best. Widowhood is a difficult transition.

I do remember Moccasin_landing also. She had so many hosta and did so well with them. She was kind and helpful to other forum members. I also remember she was renovating her home and had at least one if not two(?) large birds she loved. I am sorry for the loss of her husband. That is a difficult grief journey. When did her husband pass? I wonder if she still has her hosta and whether they bring her joy right now.
