I think you are not sure how to do the baseboard. There are no special shapes, you just cut a baseboard return out of the same stock (the piece that was originally there?). Leave min 1/8" gap next to the door slab. If you have removed the bypass sliding doors to install the new floor finish, then you need a level to plumb the sliding door prior to putting in the floor guide. Then you can measure/mark the length of your baseboard return.

I already cut the baseboard to size and angle. Even painted already

However if I install baseboard that I used everywhere else I get a big gap between wall and sliding door.

My question is maybe there is a different baseboard made for this purpose or someone figure put something together themselves
