We are building brand new two story house. At the front entry, we have a 2 story open living room. Which is connected to the front entry. See blue below . The big open space.

Question: where shall we hang our chandelier? Above the front entry (location 1)? Or above the coffee table(which is located at the center of the windows)?

You should put two fixtures one over the front door and one in the living room.

Can I put one chandelier on the top of the living room and one wall scone for the entry instead of chandelier for the entry?

one entry fixture one fixture in the living room, the size and style depend of the house. do you have a photo of the actual space, or a similar model home?
