We just installed a backsplash. It's a work in progress- we still need to grout and seal the tile. We would like to add some contrast between the cabinet color and wood flooring without painting all of our cabinets. Maybe by changing the long side and end of peninsula? We are also thinking of "building in our fridge" with a narrow pantry cabinet to block the right side of the fridge view. For the peninsula, we are planning to add trim to jazz it up, and then paint two sides of our peninsula either light or dark color (off white or black). Suggestions? Thank you!!
