It is normal to me. It appears the glass was a bit undersized on height and not shimmed . It also looks like the who ever made the glass pack did a sloppy job.

The top right has a bit of the same, so I had though it was maybe a be crooked.

Sorry , i meant this was not normal. The height of the glass pack is undersized and not shimmed level. This is not professional work and not acceptable by my standards.

+1. Is this going to affect performance, no, but that also doesn't pass industry standards. There shouldn't be any obstruction in the viewable glass area.

Whether or not you want to press the issue depends on how much it bothers you.

Thanks! The black part is only maybe 4mm. But I notice it since it is next to the white frame/bead. Perhaps it could just be straightened, seems it is showing in part since the glass unit is very slightly tilted/not level.
