Finishes- help please.

New construction lake home:
-black windows
-polished concrete floors
-putty colored painted trim, doors and cabinetry
-lighter putty colored walls
-stainless steel appliances
-stainless steel kitchen sink
-lustrous stainless faucet
-polished nickel hardware
-honed black granite countertops but undecided
-polished nickel bathroom faucets

Please help with door knobs/levers and lighting. I’m thinking either a lever or glass knob with backplate. Black?

And for lighting I want unique not fancy sconces in kitchen. Not sure on bedrooms, bathrooms and foyer. Dining is a oxidized bronze dome light. A lot of can lights throughout house too.

Countertop help is welcome too. No quartz please. Something natural.

Context is key. Need to see how this all goes together, all you are showing us is a list.

It was typed as a list. Didn’t transfer over that way. Sorry.

What I did when I built my home is took pictures of each of the finishes together in a room and put them all on a word doc to see how they worked with each other.

A lot is dependent on the style of architecture and that information has not been conveyed.

You should hire an interior designer since you have no idea what you want or even like.

I can not recall ever seeing a new house built with a one car garage.

We have a 60 x 40 garage next to it.

Strategery, I’ve picked out all the above, just because I don’t know lighting and countertop yet means I somehow don’t know what I want???

I thought this forum was a resource. I guess I’m mistaken.

I like the dining room fixture but it's quite rustic compared to your more clean lines in the other elements. Maybe keep the unique brass color with have it paired with black. It could still be an organic shape but with texture or smooth finish. I would suggest that brass tone repeated elsewhere in the space (decor or accent on chairs). Choose other fixtures that repeat elemnts - brass or round shape or glass (if used).

I like your faucet selections, very nice. I guess since you're going with black windows then somewhere they should compliment with some aspect of your interior design. I would consider using same finish for all levers that are in the immediate open areas from entryway throughout kitchen, living, visible hallways. But for bathrooms those interior rooms can vary with lighting and faucets, fixtures, etc. just like you're looking to do with the faucets. Pendants are not easy to choose! But maybe consider choosing both the pendants and dining light at same time so you're getting the cohesive look desired. Good luck!!

What do you mean a resource forum . You have already chosen many things IMO mostly quite modern and now you want to add glass doorknobs with back plate which IMO is a far cry from modern. As for lighting I need to see the space and all your choices in the space along with furniture .I would porbsly do all black levers for doors . I woukld do polished granite it is close to bullet prrof all the lightinfshould be LED bulbs in 4000K IMO I like DR chandeliers to be the star in an open space for lighting but I have no idea about your space. I have no idea why sconces in a kitchen so I need to see your kitchen .
