We are looking to install a washer and dryer one machine combo for our unit on the third floor. We purchased GE-2.4 FT front load washer and dryer combo with steam (Model GFQ14ESSNWW) but unfortunately during the spin cycle, the entire kitchen floor vibrates and causing issues for our neighbors downstairs. The glassware inside the cabinets that's hang on the ceiling started to shake, that's how bad it is.

We used to have Haier but when it broke we replaced it with GE. I should mentioned that we also had a different flooring when we had Haier. We have floating floors now in the kitchen where the machine is placed on.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a quieter washer and dryer combo to recommend? Thank you.
