You will need to do some travelling to stone yards close to home or maybe even farther to get 2 slabs that can be bookmatched This is not a simple task and you better find a really good fabricator and of coures you do not templat until the kitchen is in so you have some time .I do not have much info as to the size of the kitchen but IMO you will need a much larger wall than 8' for a 60" range so if you do not have that then no giant range IMO Plus the fsct that no one needs a 60" range unless they have a huge kitchen and cook for 20 3 x a day I run a catering biz with a 36" 6 burner all gas range and have never need 8burners ot a built in griddle or grill so post a to scale floor plan and maybe get soen good help here as to the actual design of the kitchen before going crazy for a focal point .

Thank you Patricia. The smallest range would be 4 burners with french plaque (50-52"). Although the wall itself is 11 feet long, some of the space (30-36") will be taken up by wall ovens (small oven and combination steam oven). So that leaves about 8 ft to maybe 8 1/2 ft.
