Suggest you remove some of the shutters, maybe the 2 windows left or right and see how it looks.

The difference in color between the protected shutter "recesses" and the other exposed brick may be too extreme to just leave them empty, but it might be worth investigating. It is possible that you might want to change the color of your brick all over (Romabio.)

The shutters appear to be too small next to the windows. Also the board and batten style might fit the style of your home better.

Do not add stacked stone anywhere on that house and as for theshutters are you sure these can't be removed I find it odd that the shutters were installed before the brick was done. If they really can't be removed this is one of my faves for trim color with brick and I would do all the trim and new columns
