How does the window relate to the interior? What do the interior plans look like?

We did move the sink from the island to below the window

It looks fine -- everyone will be looking at the gable and front door.

I'd change the left gable wall to match the others with stone only on the lower part, and increase the size of the columns -- I did the left and right ones in the image. Also add a visible beam across as shown.

Why do you have a toilet up against the dining room wall?

It's usually better not to put a pantry up against an outside wall.

Do you need the double oven? If not, I would add a mulled window to mimic the rest of the windows.

That's what I was thinking but I think it may fit with the double ovens.. if not we were thinking a bigger range with dbl ovens but husband is thinking along the lines of remodeling 1840 and says landscaping will fix my problem not to worry about the outside ὠA

It looks fine but also a matching window in the pantry should not take up too much space.
