Leaking light bulbs?

Our light fixture above our dining table was dripping an oil like substance. We did google and believe the problem was the LED Switch bulbs. The light fixture is seven years old. We did replace the bulbs with LED Cree. Has anyone had a problem with Switch bulbs? Thanks.

Various reasons the company failed but also mentioned "leaks" from liquid cooled LED light bulbs.
