Need input on paint color. We are thinking a slightly off white (grey tinge) but are unsure about trim and door color, do they both go white ?

I have attached photo of floor & kitchen colors as well as the layout of the living room / hallway. We are removing the scribble red wall to open up to dining area. Flooring will stay the same through the whole house.

Kitchen will be Bodarp teal bottoms & white uppers with subway tile backsplash. We want everything to tie together so we thought sticking to white would be best. Any other input is welcome please as we are stumped on paint
