What gray to choose for the basement ceiling and walls?

I plan on using a darker shade of gray for the ceiling and a lighter one for the walls similar to the attached picture.
Does anyone know how to find the grays in Benjamin Moore that matchyes closely to these colors?
Also is there a way to get an exact match of a color from a wall?
