    Not in my kitchen😂

Very pretty. Both the green and the orange. I wish I was adventurous.

Hurts my eyes, and I really like color.

I like that it's a stain not paint. This kitchen is beautiful.

I might have a sweater in that orange color, but that way I would not have to look at it all the time. I hate the green. All together, it's a room that speaks to me, but it is screaming.

I like it! Maybe not in my house, but it would be a fun kitchen to visit.

    I love it.

I like the orange, fun and different --- but maybe with blue?

    @sushipup2 Im dying 😂

Well, I have long noticed --- since I was teen mooning over AD, that generally the best designers work in rooms/homes that are drop dead gorgeous empty and painted white...

It’s a bit too bright for me to live with every day but I like it. Love the art.

    So interesting, love it!

I don't like them together. The backsplash is uninspired.

    The orange is nice.

The green is a dirty shade I would dislike except that I look so darned good in it.

Bertazzoni has been making orange (orancio) ranges as long as Ferrari has been making orange cars, since Ferrari does their paint jobs, and so I do not consider it a new kitchen color.

My own kitchen in L.A, has the hue of green on the walls, but much paler. Our stove is red.

I'm planning to have my kitchen in Cathedral City a pale aqua, with darker aqua walls, similar to this:

I've already painted the pantry this color so that I could confirm that I like it, but I will be ordering custom cabinets with a custom color to match the cabinets in this photo. I also already have the darker color wall paint. I just have to get everything scheduled, which will probably not be as easy as I would like.

I have a friend with an orange Lacanche in a smallish black kitchen. It looks like a Veuve Cliquot label. I love that.

I wouldn’t be so brave with a color choice I would have to live with for a very long time. However, I would love to be friends with the owner who was brave enough. I really like it! The whole space is full of life and interesting.

I love the kitchen (except for the orange). I especially like that the huge island does not have a sink or stovetop! If the island was done in a cream color, then I would really like it. I only decorate with the color orange around Halloween time.

yikes. but I do love that green!

I love both colors and could live with either of them, but not together. I would like the orange with blue, or the green with some other color, maybe blue, as well - but definitely black or cream.

Since this a chimney vented cooker, I am assuming this is UK.

Ilike ot but would not choose that color or color combo for myself. I would absolutely have sage green cabinets, in a nanosecond, in the right kitchen.

I could live with the island (plus it's SF Giants colors), but not the green, and certainly not together.

I like orange and use it in my home, but this is a hard no for me. I do like the green, however.

Reminds me of a kitchen I was in Costa Rica.

My neighbors craftsman house is that green, dark brick red and a golden-tan. Three colors for a homes exterior....and it looks GREAT! That color is making a resurgence. NOT in MY House tho....:0)

It's beautiful. Looks like it's in an old house.

That would be a no for me.

I grew up in a kitchen with that color orange doors. I swore I will never have that color in anything. I find it funny that as a child I really disliked the color. My daughter went through a stage as a young girl where she loved the color orange.

Gizmo- Do you have a more distant perspective? I’d like to see it in context with its surroundings. It has a natural feel — reflects the poppies in the foreground — that seems right, depending. What is outside the windows?

For me the colors work because of the large space which surrounds the cabinets and island.

I’m not usually a fan of the color orange, but it’s diffcult to find a green that I do not like.

Am I the only one who thinks this is a non-functional kitchen? Where is the good task and overall lighting? That chandelier will not provide good kitchen lighting and will only create shadows.

Finally the pine doors the previous owners stained orange in my house will be on trend! This pic undersells the orange.

Sorry, a google image search produced no add'l pics

Now for a 180 in style w/similar island color....

I love it, but my kitchen cabs are green, with navy blue walls, and our bright accent is a hot pink hutch. My kitchen is currently occupied by dirty dishes and cooking detritius, I’ve been cooking all day in preperation for a visit to my daughter. Note to self: take better kitchen pics next time it’s clean(ish).

Lakeaffect: I love the pink hutch! What have you been cooking?

Thank you, kculbers, I like a riot of color mixed with wood, and while the paint job isn’t perfect (yours truly is the painter), it’s good enough for me, as I have a casual relationship with perfectionism. Yesterday I cooked a turkey, and made stuffing, mashed potatoes, banana bread and hummus, all favs of my hard working daughter, who’s active duty USCG. I haven’t seen her since New Year‘s, so I’m psyched to hang out with her for a long weekend.

Lakeaffect: that meal sounds wonderful! Beautiful job painting your pink hutch. God bless your daughter. I am a retired US Air Force Captain; my grandson graduated from West Point and is active duty: Army Corp of Engineers.

I love the green in the OP picture but there isn't and will never be any orange in my house.

Lakeaffect - I love your commitment to colour.

LakeEffect, I love the line as I have a casual relationship with perfectionism. I love to see color in rooms yet I always use muted tones myself.

@lakeaffect_gw That pink hutch is simply perfect. OMG. I absolutely love it.

Mad love for that pink hutch and the green cabinets with wood countertop. For me, lakeaffect's colors are more balanced than the ones in the OP.

As for the casual relationship with perfectionism, can you teach a class? Because perfectionism is a monster of a master.

I gotta say, much to my surprise, I love it !!

Well, apparently it IS a new color combo. This popped up in my ads:

That refrigerator looks very retro. It would be a seriously bold move. I love it.
