I'm not sure the gray goes with the tan and yellow. The peach and white of your screen porch doesn't match either.

Paint the hose/pipe of the A/C unit to match the siding. Put a shrub between it and the screen porch.

The windows are all small and high, leaving you with a lot of blank wall. I think with a selection of flowering shrubs as foundation plantings, you'd greatly amp up the charm.

Here are some ideas for the front:

IMO nothing says charm like a white picket fence and an arbor. How about an arbor with climbing roses over the side sidewalk, with a stretch of white picket fence to the boundary? You could plant along the fence as well.

What a beautiful tree you already have in front! That's a great start!
