It helps to post all the elements you think you want to use. If the vanity and stone have been purchased, let us know. A small shot of the stone is out of context. We need to see more.
And yes, a tile store will help you, but they’ll need to see the vanity and stone color too.

The stone is only a sample, so it’s the best I have.

Clearly your goal is very neutral. With a brown vanity and that quartz for countertop, I’d pick a much lighter color, like a cream-the very lightest color in the quartz. There may be much better choices for the elements, take your time.

What is the reason for that counter top ? I need to see the space , the vanity for sure IMO the flooring and shower walls are planned before counter top . I like 12 x 24porcelain tile for both bathroom floor and shower walls that keeps those simple and with few grout lines then if the vanity is already bought get a countertop to work with the floors and IMO the less pattern the better in small space .It also allows for some color to be used for accent.

What color toilet & tub?

Way too much happening in the stone to be considered neutral or not patterned. Your only choice for tile will be something extremely plain. I would change the stone selection before you go any further.

The bathroom is the powder room, not the main bathroom or the upstairs bathroom with a tub and or shower.

The toilet is cream. The only items in the bathroom are the vanity and the toilet.

IMO change the toilet to white and then you have a whole world of choices. I do not like that counter choice at all but with no context who knows.

A cream colored toilet should not dictate how you decorate a powder room. If you’re trying to match that one thing, take it out, use white as suggested and start over. There’s a reason most homes have white toilets.

I think there are plenty of options for you if you don't want to change your toilet. I'm curious where you are putting wall tile. As I understand it is a powder room. Do you need wall tile? You will currently have five different colors and textures in such a small space: wood, countertop, wall tile, toilet, and paint. Plus the sink and faucets. I really think it is way too much.

I do think your counter stone is very busy and not neutral at all. If you feel really strongly about using it, wood, and your cream toilet, then I would use the lightest color of the three that Beverly suggested below for wall color be it paint or tile.
