Why if privacy is an issue . get better lighting inside and save the money. Or do a glass door with either pixelated glass or some other texture for the glass .

That door looks narrow. Have you checked to make sure you can buy a standard (not custom) door for that opening? From the trim it looks like your house was built in the early 20th century. Is it a bungalow? If so, just use straight lines (no curved panels or windows). See what's available and post pictures of the options if you still can't decide. A lot of door styles are available with seeded or faceted glass that lets in light but preserves privacy.

Something in a "craftsman" style should fit your home. I was curious so I just checked on-line at Lowe's to see what they offered and I noticed that a door with "privacy glass" costs a whole lot more than other options, such as frosted glass, textured glass, blinds between glass, or even a curtain hung over regular glass. :)

It may come down to budget and how much light is really needed given the windows. (I could see a door painted same color as cabinetry or a wood door stained to complement counter). If you looked for a style that had an upper window, perhaps that would solve the light needs and privacy.
