Pot 'em up indoors and keep until the seeds have germinated. Then gradually harden them off to outside and safe, frost-free planting.

You can't unsoak them. They're going to germinate. Either plant them indoors, or plant them outside and throw some protection over them. Actually, if we're taking a brief light freeze, the seeds won't freeze underground. As long as they aren't yet germinated and popping out of the ground, they'll be safe enough under half an inch of soil.

That’s one reason I seldom soak seeds. I can’t guarantee being able to sow in good time for whatever reason. That and I’m monumentally lazy
