Your vanity is quite small for two sinks. If it were my room, I'd spend your $$ on a single sink vanity, one mirror, and one light fixture. Have the color of the vanity match the trim under the bathtub (there isn't any other blue in the room, and black would be quite dark). Add fluffy white towels and white rugs - and artwork in soft colors.

The Vanity is 61” long

One mirror - left-to-right over the width of the vanity - and one horizontal light fixture over it. That will simplify that wall. Two mirrors and two lights look crowded there.
Search for a “bar” style fixture.

Blue is very popular recently so I'd go for blue. Black is pretty cool too! For a 60" Vanity, we have options for Single or Double sinks. If you go for a single sink, then one mirror. If two sinks, then two mirrors.

The first blue vanity is gorgeous - but it’s a single sink. Make sure that will work for you.

Yes, and the second one is double sink and it's the same collection and same 60 inch size so if @Sharon prefers double sink, that'd be the way to go :)
