You are right! Ballet white is very creamy and the counters are fairly gray. I would try something like Benjamin Moore Classic Gray (similar value to Ballet White but less yellow), or Swiss Coffee.

I had been thinking classic gray earlier, but was moving away from grays. You don't think Swiss Coffee would be too yellow also?

The slab has cool gray undertones. Personally I think anything with a warm tone cabinet will look off.

Silver Satin may be another option if none of these seem just right. It has more violet tones.

Classic gray to me is a warm “vanilla” grite (gray/white). I would barely consider it a true gray. I have it all over my house.

@AGKY I did email the place and ask if they had a remnant I could borrow so I could look at it in different light! The first picture was taken the first time I saw it, and it seems warmer to me than the ones I took today.

What flooring? I would actually consider a wood stained cabinet with that countertop.

i love the green in the prior photo but that is quite a commitment. i'd probably go with ben moore white dove.

@ K R & AGKY : I'm getting Infinity White too and had the same question about paint. I'm keeping existing cabinets, Honey Oak a la 1990s. Would you still recommend those grays?

p.s. The slab I'm getting has more warm tannish tones than some Inifinity White that's mostly charcoal-ish veining.
