I think your beautiful tile may end up looking garrish if done to the max. I would only do one wall.

You already have a backsplash. Skip adding tile above it.

The tile looks too cool for the warm tones in your kitchen, so make sure you bring samples home. It’s also busy with the floor and granite. But if you tile, then absolutely remove the 4” granite backsplash first.

Your countertop has a built-in backsplash. Don’t add extra on top.
