I've looked at a lot of websites, but most are lacking a lot of details. I started about 36 herbs and arugula using peat pellets and a tray with a cover. Some seeds sprouted in 3 days and some took 10. The questions I have are:

1) Do I remove the dome when the first seed sprouts? To be clear, there is one "dome" for the whole tray.

2) Do I have to remove peat pellets that have sprouted from under the dome?

3) How long can I keep the plants in the peat pellets? I can't plant outside here until May 1st. When should I move them to pots with soil (inside)?
