TV drop from ceiling

I am remodeling a house and there is no great spot for a TV. However. I have the perfect spot for a TV that would drop vertically down from the attic. Is there hardware available to do this? Where can I find it? Anyone have tips?


Due to constraints, it has to drop down vertically from the attic (it can't hinge down form).
